Yet here she is, confirmed in the same encrypted Signal group as the mayor, coordinating rapid response against federal ICE enforcement. While her constituents struggle with crime, strained resources, and overwhelmed schools from unchecked migration, Barb is prioritizing illegal invaders over the people who actually elected her.

Do her constituents in the 50th District know their State Representative is embedded in a secret activist chat network that treats American law enforcement like the enemy? Is she really putting illegals’ “rights” ahead of American citizens’ safety and sovereignty? This is textbook betrayal from an elected official who swore an oath to the U.S. Constitution.

Chris Hayes, a teacher with ties to East Aurora School District 131, is even more disgusting. This far-left radical is actively participating in the same Signal chat with radicals, the mayor, and others who hunt ICE agents and obstruct federal law. As a supposed educator, he has direct influence over children every single day. Parents — do you want a teacher who spends his time in an anti-American activist war room teaching your kids?

Is the East Aurora School District 131 Board of Education aware that one of their teachers is a card-carrying member of Mayor Laesch’s criminal-adjacent Signal coordination group? A far-left activist who aligns with those sabotaging immigration enforcement and undermining the rule of law? Chris Hayes has no business shaping young minds while moonlighting as an anti-ICE foot soldier. He should be removed from the classroom immediately.

Among the visible members: John Laesch, the sitting Mayor of Aurora (elected April 2025). His presence in this activist coordination channel raises serious questions about the separation of official duties from partisan rapid-response efforts. Laesch, a former Alderman and school board member with a Navy intelligence background, has publicly navigated ICE-related protests and migrant issues in Aurora.
