When my husby lived in #penwortham he used to walk across this bridge to work at Strand Road. He took this in 1981. Looks very Christmassy in the snow.

Fascinated by a recent purchase, The Charm of Lancashire, published in 1929. There are 24 drawings of sites once Lancastrian now Cumbrian. Will be visiting them all next year to take some pics - beside the county, what else will have changed?
