@SCE This puts the same residence that are trying to help in more danger by not letting them communicate. In Dec 2020 when you turned off the power there was a fire from a generator malfunction. Since we didn't have cell service it took 45 minutes to inform the fire depot.

@SCE @SCE last time you turned off the power for "public safety", 16 homes burned down and we couldn't call the fire dept because the cell tower didn't have power. We've been paying for improvements so this doesn't have to happen anymore. Don't ruin a 2nd Thanksgiving in a row.
