@YourSouthend There are 4 ways to get to Southend: A13 A127 using ANPR camera's,the Liverpool Street line & Fenchurch Street,wouldn't take up many officers, & if they get off at other stations, just have BTP there, with back up support if needed, & facial recognition camera's job done, !!

Pedestrians have priority at junctions.

This means that drivers should give way to pedestrians crossing or waiting to cross at a junction.

Approach junctions with care, reduce speed, use mirrors and check blind spots.
