@ACorollaries I was born in '97, and where I live at never went crazy about 9/11. Heck, I never even learnt about 9/11 until I was 10-12. I never even heard about people calling French Fries, "Freedom Fries" I never noticed things change at all until 2008 when the economy went through a crash.

@TheAlicePika Just try to keep a positive attitude. The country survived the 1918 Flu, it survived 1968 in general which from what I've read up, makes 2020 look like the best year ever. The country survived 9/11. Whatever 2021 brings, just try to keep pushing forward with optimism.

@ImortalArmarr My only bit of advice I can think of is try apologizing for shouting at her and tell her that you couldn't hear what she said. And if you think you're having trouble hearing, try making sure there's no wax buildup in your ears and try to see if you can somehow get an ear doctor-
