What a time to be a performer. Still no end in sight! Tons of innovation around remote broadcasting, but I think it's also becoming clear that there is no replacement for humans vibrating on the same wavelength in a room together. I bet we will never take it for granted again!
@barefootmovemnt Thank you so much for checking in, and sorry we didn't see your message until now. We are all doing ok indeed. Trying to get as much work done from home as possible!
You be safe as well! Hope to see you all soon after this whole madness is over.
We believe that music can keep us together and help us all get through these troubled times, so we'd like to send a positive message to all our friends around the world with this song from last year's Bluegrass Party in Genova.

Our thoughts are with all of those within our community affected by this morning’s tornado. Nashvillians are strong and resilient, and we will get through this together. We are here for you, Music City. ❤️
Thank you all! We deeply enjoyed your music and it was a treat meeting you in person and exchanging CD's. Until next time!

Looking forward to playing our annual show On a Night Like This in memory of Marco "Baby" Curreri, this Friday at Count Basie Jazz Club.
Here's Marco (on the left) hanging out with Beppe, Martino and Silvio back in the 80's!
Traveled to Amsterdam’s @Tropenmuseum the other day to visit the Creole bania — the oldest existing banjo — made around the 1770s in Suriname. It was the perfect space to play one of the oldest known Afro-Carribbean musical transcriptions from early 1700s Jamaica.
"Maybe we’re not supposed to completely understand that feeling at the Ryman. Maybe we’re just supposed to sit in her pews, thankful she’s still here and letting the spirit swirl through the place, to fill us up.” - @BitterSouth 💒
