We have a great deal of experience of delivering the ECPDP as part of the early roll out, working with over 75 ECTs and mentors from schools in Central Beds.

The ECPDP will arm early career teachers with skills they can use in the classroom straight away and offer the structured support needed to help them be the best teachers they can be.

Redborne's graduate tutors work with 150 students per week, 1:1 or small groups.

Evaluation has been so positive, we repeat next year!

Tutors receive bespoke CPD every Friday, alongside 15 further tutors we have deployed in other Beds schools.
