@ManCityHelp But next paragraph says fill out a form stating the games that can be refunded due to tv changes so it is reasonable I would have thought the Newcastle game was not included in the refund offer. If two paragraphs are totally separate should they be on the same page?

@ManCityHelp I looked at that ticket request form a few days ago and City v Newcastle was not on it. Are you sure it was on say this time last week? That is why I didn’t phone the refund number, the form didn’t include that game!
