@Plasma Your support is a joke. I got stuck in a verification glitch during their iOS-only days. To fix THEIR bug, I deleted the account to retry. Their system then blacklisted my original number!

@0xG00gly Your system is so broken that it blacklists users for YOUR bugs. I even bought a new number to apply, and got banned. If you can't even handle account verification, who would trust you? 👎Is your support team trained to punish users for system glitches? Absolute worst service.

@0xG00gly My account was effectively banned after what appears to be Plasma One’s own verification system bug — and their support team refused to give a real explanation. I submitted real identity information. This was not fake, duplicate, or fraudulent.

Thinking of trusting @Plasma ? Read this. I went out of my way to buy a NEW phone number for their Core Card promo, simply because their old system glitch blacklisted my original number.

Instead of helping a dedicated user, agents Kyle & Mike permanently blocked my account and said the "decision is final" with zero reasons. If they ban honest users over their own bugs, your funds are NOT safe.
