Spent 1.5 lakhs on servicing and in return you gave us a tragedy. Need an explanation for the short circuit.

This is my brother's car, and I was a victim of the accident. We bought the car because we had our trust in a German company. Turns out we were wrong to do so. Terrible wiring, could've lost lives due to the company's negligence. @volkswagenindia @UKVolkswagen @VW @volkswagen
