Ice cold that enhances slows got offered to corki who has 0 slows on his kit.
Kogmaw W augment that applies needles and pulls them at the end of the cast is so terrible in terms of damage number.

50% 65% 90% is like 15% increase then 25% increase.
then 45% 55% 80% is like 10% increase then 25% increase.

these numbers feel very irregular.

mobility boots sure can give tempo and recall but in a fight to death they are not here.
