@AlfaRomeoUK The Sprint Veloce was my first Alfa. It was a bit frustrating in some ways and struggled with rust but I still loved it and have had three Alfas since. But I think it was the Dinky Toys Alfa Romeo that lit the spark.

Hardly surprising @RoyalMail struggle. When DPD DHL or Evri give you a time slot (usually just one hour) they deliver in that slot, not “well it might turn up sometime today”. Sadly not the first time it has happened.

@rwilliams1947 I remember seeing him a couple of times at the Ipswich Regent of all places. I took my son with me the second time and part way through he said simply “I never realised how many great songs this guy wrote”. I don’t think I could give any better tribute.

I have the same frustration and if you say something you’re likely to get a mouthful of abuse. A dog on a lead disturbs wildlife within 50 to 100 metres of a path, off the lead it’s 200 - assuming the dog is even on the path!

Very sad the number of dog walkers at our local #RSPB reserve who can’t read. How do they manage in day to day life?

I mean - that ~must~ be the reason they missed the numerous signs asking to *keep dogs on leads* to protect the rare ground nesting birds…… 🙄
