Is this for real? First u delay all 5bags by 4 days & then when the bags are delivered they are damaged! When I file a claim, it’s incorrectly claimed it was beyond the 7 days from the itinerary & then the claim is auto-closed for lack of evidence! This needs to be resolved asap!
