Sebahat Akkiraz’ın Amedspor bayrağının Boğazda dalgalanmasına gösterdiği tepkiyi görünce, son yıllarda üslubunun tamamen değiştiğini görmek üzücü. Yıllar önce benzer bir tavrını Sabiha Gökçen’in Dersimi bombalamasını aklayarak ortaya koymuş ve eleştirmişim. Eskiden Anadolu’nun ortak ezgilerini seslendiren bir sanatçı profili varken, şimdi daha çok kutuplaştıran, ötekileştiren söylemlere sığındığı görüyoruz.

Bir futbol kulübünün bayrağına gösterilen bu tepkiyi “ırkçılık” diye keskinleştirmek kuşkusuz tartışmayı kilitler. Ama tepkinin içeriğinin de boş olmadığını bu kişinin bilmesi gerekir. Bir sembolü “tehdit” gibi okumak, bu topraklarda yaşayan Kürtlerin kendisini ifade etme, sevincini gösterme biçimini yok saymaktır. Sanatçılık, tam da bu noktada devreye girer. Sanatçı korkuları körüklemez, onları anlar ve dönüştürür.

Jungs: Undav ist KEINER von Euch! Der ist Kurde. Das ist diese Volksgemeinschaft, die Ihr immer wieder mal umbringen wolltet. Er ist auch kein Moslem oder so. Und er hat sich ganz bewusst entschieden für Deutschland zu spielen, nicht für die Türkei (obwohl er es in Eurer Rumpeltruppe viel einfacher gehabt hätte).

Kurz: Bin ziemlich sicher, Deniz Undav mag Euch nicht. Sehr sympathisch, wie ich finde.
