Easy Amasi Dip
1 cup maas
1 and 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic – crushed
A good pinch of fresh thyme
Juice of 1 lemon and it’s zest
Chilli flakes (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Mix in a small bowl. Serve with finger snacks like chicken strips, meatballs, baby corn, etc.
