When I spoke to them to get this bill resolved (bear in mind there was no notification of the data usage limit being exceeded) they finally agreed that they could refund £300 - but only if I renewed my contract with them!!

Thinking of changing your airtime provider? Do NOT switch to O2. I have 3 sims on my business account, one of which is data only. The last bill was for £1310.25!!! £1191.33 was for data usage on the data only sim.
