Had an amazing stay with my wife Riu wrote great reviews,only to discover that I had been charged again for my stay again 6 months later, no prior. Why is this?
I’m totally disappointed with the customer services response. I want this matter resolved immediately.

I’m having a complete nightmare with @parcelforce they are ruining my business, how on earth does it take a parcel to be delivered from 22nd November and still hasn’t. I’m having to deal with a very angry customer & it still isn’t resolved.

@parcelforce we’ve called everyday for the past 7 days. Being told that a manager is going to call us back everyday and it doesn’t happen is infuriating, the manager doesn’t respond to emails. I want this resolved immediately.
