Today we varnished our leaf pressings, decorated our quilling art and cut up bin liners in Halloween shapes, sticking them to our windows with water spray. This afternoon we had a teddy bear bingo a great quiz round, as well as guitar singalongs #Wellbeing #Halloween #AutumnArt

This week so far we have enjoyed a traditional sung church service and spotted a caddisfly. We listened to funny and fascinating stories from our residents' pasts as we explored several yesteryear objects. How many can our younger followers recognise?! #Nostalgia #Reminiscence

We spent the morning with the Moor Imagination Collective having chinwags, tea and biscuits. It was so lovely to spend time in such a welcoming community centre in the heart of Buckfastleigh. We then tried seated Tai Chi this afternoon! #Mindfulness #Wellbeing #Community
