Update. It’s totaled. The onsite person was very helpful and communicative. However, as an adjuster, you’ll be speaking to people on very bad days. Being non communicative is not good. Hoping others don’t get treated that way. The nightmare is almost over. @USAA @USAA_help

@USAA_help We got a callback. They said they would look at it sometime next week. Almost a month after the accident. The other car (at fault) in the accident also has USAA and has the total offer while mine has not been looked at at all.
