Well, yes and no. I mean, when you accept Jesus as the Lord of your life, He sends you the Holy Spirit and worship should consume your life. You don't have to go to a building to worship. But there's a reason why the Hebrews writer says,

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV

We need a community of fellow believers around us to encourage us to stay faithful to the truth of the Gospel. The whole "I don't need to go to church to worship God" thing is probably a big reason for so much bad theology out there. I realize I just went off on a really long rant, but I'm really passionate about the Gospel. Don't take anything I'm saying personally!

I figured out the Chinese years ago when I worked in a feed mill. I don't know why, but we were chosen to give a tour of the plant to "representatives of the Chinese agriculture industry". We spent a week beating ourselves to death spit shining that place for this tour. 14 hour days, including Saturday. Feed mills are dirty places. When they finally showed up, they politely went through the tour and barely paid any attention. Then they got caught trying to steal our feed formulas. Which is the real reason they came. Screw China and screw sending kids over to get brainwashed!
