There is much more evidence against Trump (and Pence) than against Nixon (and Agnew) but Congress still does nothing.

@smithnfl @wadewoodworker @mjs_DC@People4Bernie Self-benefitting, benefitting family, benefitting friends, benefitting those loyal to him if they are lucky.
Tax bill benefitted him.
Policy decisions benefit him and family...
They also benefit Congress, members of Administration. and the lobbyists who in part own them all.
@humbleguy36@mjs_DC I’ve read our Constitution and in many places the framers meticulously architect our court system a shining originality moment. Please point out where the founders wrote of a corporate friendly arbitration system which limits the rights of access to our court system.
@mjs_DC A decent boss would never ask you to sign that. But we all know big companies are about as far from decency as the Andromeda Galaxy is from the Milky Way.
@mjs_DC Hey Mitch, remember when you single handedly sabotaged Merrick Garland’s nomination by blocking it entirely because he was appointed by President Obama? Then proceeded to appoint someone so widely panned despite mass opposition from the public. How’s that working out for you?

@SadAsianMan @thehill It is frankly not just you I am talking too but also some of the people who like some I have met on twitter have been told that the US is a Constitutional Republic and not also a Representative Democracy.
The fact that it is both is important to remember.
@SadAsianMan @thehill freedom more than the large majority that can oppress people on a whim is a good thing. It is wise to have both liberals and conservatives on the bench and in Congress.
It is like a family with man and woman working together. One without the other does not do well for long.
@SadAsianMan @thehill don't have our freedom. It is the fact that the US is also a Representative Democracy that gives us those freedoms.
Without that we could live in an authoritarian freedomless government. That would frankly stink big time. Having those that value minorities and individual
