@EnvGen I vaguely suspect Lin Manuel Miranda writes musicals where he gets to play the lead because no one else will let him sing (except then Hamilton blew up and now everyone puts him in everything but he still can't sing). And I genuinely enjoy Hamilton. In the Heights is better tho.

Dan plays a lot of paid for games, and sometimes he gets me to play them and they're usually really good! I just know myself and do not want to give myself the option of paying for things on my phone haha.

@EnvGen My years doing wildlife comms twitter made me feel so guilty for posting about holding bats without the proper disclaimers that I have returned to say ONLY HOLD BATS WHILE WEARING GLOVES AND WITH SOMEONE WHO HOLDS A BAT LICENCE PRESENT, IT'S LITERALLY ILLEGAL TO NOT DO THIS. Ty

@EnvGen Little birds have a rly fast heartbeat and their feathers make your hand sweat (wear gloves w wild birds). Big birds will fight you and/or throw up on you. In my experience anyway. Holding a BAT was more fun imo.

@iantokelove @qwag @Thames21 @Ramblers_London Oh hey you were at the bottom of my road! We followed it the other way up to Sutcliffe Park back in early lockdown, which is quite fun as you have to be careful not to lose it through the residential streets. Nice end point too.

@Bassey13455 ...but telling the story through the datalog is such a bad choice, and none of the big emotional moments hit because the context for them isn't there. I enjoy my battle team of Fang, Lightning and Hope though, which I call "Hope and his new lesbian mums".

@Bassey13455 Cool! I'm near the end I think, just got to the bit where it sends you back to Pulse, I guess to complete side quests, so just started grinding my way through those. Agree with basically everything you said - battle system saves it, really enjoy combat...
