7 years ago today, Chainlink launched mainnet.
Since then, it has become the standard for bringing verifiable data, computation, and cross-chain connectivity to global markets.
The oracle network became the infrastructure layer.
LINK Everything.
So for everyone asking "why no $LINK pump" or something to that effect...
This announcement just talks about the DTCC using CRE and the CL data standard. Neither has a disclosed fee model that visibly flows to $LINK today.
What it does do is it strengthens the thesis that @chainlink is positioned as the standard for institutional onchain data and orchestration, which puts Chainlink services front and center for trillions of $ coming.
Two things to watch for:
1. Chainlink Reserve inflows post Q4 launch
2.A follow up announcement extending scope to CCIP for crosschain collateral movement between AppChain and public chains.
It's all baby steps towards $LINK capturing a slice of trillions in institutional flow. It won't happen as fast as you want, but is considerably bigger than you can imagine.
Windows runs on 1.4B+ devices.
AWS serves 4M+ business customers.
NVIDIA ships 3.7M+ GPUs in a year.
Chainlink enables $29T+ in transactions.
Every era of computing is defined by its infrastructure platform.
NEW: The Chainlink data standard is now live on @amazon’s AWS Marketplace.
Now, millions of @awscloud developers & hundreds of thousands of businesses have access to the secure data infrastructure required to build institutional-grade blockchain apps.
People keep asking "when $LINK pump" like they're holding a memecoin.
You're holding equity in the backend of tokenized finance.
In time, the payoff here will be enormous.
