@liamgallagher I'm just reading Peter Kay's latest book and wondered what you thought of him calling you a "knobhead" on stage at the Brit Awards when you threw your award into the audience...
Excitedly waiting for #ElectionResults from various regions as the night went on, and waiting to see how many "points" each party was awarded by different constituents...
It was just like Eurovision all over again.
Only a lot less political.
@AQNIN9 Not sure if you didn't pick up on it, but it's actually Katherine Parkinson who has the cream on her top lip in the end bus section. They made a final gag in switching hers and Amanda Abingdon's names round. If you didn't notice it just proves how easily they do get mixed up. π
@michaelfranti Are there any plans to reschedule the cancelled UK dates any time in the near future? Desperately looking forward to my 4th gig... π€π€π€
After almost 30 years of it being on the wish list, I can't wait to finally see @welovepulp this weekend!! Now if @nbhdweekender can just shift things about so that @gangofyouths and @thebigmoon aren't on at the same time that would be grand!!
@ReeceShearsmith I loved watching the episode, listening to the podcast, then watching it again now knowing what I'd learnt in the podcast. I don't listen to many podcasts at all but this was something I used to really look forward to listening to. Gutted. Please change your minds!
@AvantiWestCoast 2/2 As I was clearly told that I would be notified of any changes in advance, I didn't think it necessary to check your social media. To have one train cancelled isn't ideal but to have both cancelled with no notification and no form of compensation is poor customer service.
@AvantiWestCoast Hi there. My train from Manchester Picc to London Euston was cancelled (1/9, 12:35) as was my train back (3/9, 14:14) Both times I was not informed of any changes and was inconvenienced last minute with amended timings. Is there a way of compensation on this?
@AvantiWestCoast 1/2 It's disappointing to learn I could have been compensated had I caught the later train (which wasn't doable for me) but not for rushing at my considerable inconvenience for the earlier one, especially when I don't live in Manchester...
@AvantiWestCoast Hi. No, later services were not an option for me so I had to rush to the station to find an earlier service and unreserved seats. When I booked I was told that I would be notified of any changes to my bookings, but I received no emails to say that my trains had been cancelled.
@AvantiWestCoast Hi. Thanks for your reply. These are my bookings, both of which were cancelled with no notification. Is there anything you need in order to look into some form of compensation? Thanks.
@AvantiWestCoast Hi. I am looking to book tickets from London to Manchester on the first weekend of September but the site says none are available. Will there definitely be no trains or is this unconfirmed before I look for alternative travel? Thanks.
