Since I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, here's the difference between the true ending screens in Donkey Kong Bananza before and after getting three stars on your save file.

Got all 1000 bananas and completed the skill tree. No extra star or changes to the ending image so I think that's everything completed now. It took me 43 hours and I loved pretty much every minute!
