@ComicsMeta It feels like they didn't realize what origin or how characters tied into the overall plot until near the end of the script, then they just didn't want to rewrite the film to give certain characters more importance and kind of just brush off dialogue choices.

@CS11__ That final scene reminded me of Killing Joke in all the right ways while being distinctively Daredevil at the same time. It's genuinely such a beautiful fight between Fisk and Daredevil and how they know this will go on forever and neither of them can stop.

But the poetic element of it all to what he sees ties to the rage and anger inside of him that makes it feel like it's meant to be more figurative than what he actually sees.

@AlizeLavasseur @audemorivivere @theyarehorns Claire discovers he's blind because he has little reaction to light. In an episode of Luke Cage she also says he can only "see" because his other senses are amplified. The impressionist painting metaphor still functions and works if it's how he paints the world in his mind.

@audemorivivere @theyarehorns I like how Netflix does it, I've just met so many people that have taken that scene as Matt literally being able to see like that and I wish they showed/explained it better if they weren't going to make it look like his normal radar sense.
