@DUC916KEN Yes, handcuffs do not mean they are no longer a threat. Proper training and the right timing that kick to the knee could of dropped the officer and then a knee right on the neck over. You have to remember, Cops play by rules the criminals do not.

@HorrorCarnival No actually not even close. In fact, looking back the only video game movie adaptions that even come close to holding true are the Resident Evil CGI movies. The problem with all these adaptions is they want to change everything and use all the content that is there.
