@VirginAtlantic day 13 of no help whatsoever. Two weeks in and there has not been one useful response beyond “we are looking into this” or “this has been escalated”. Dreading an 11 hour flight with yourselves.

@VirginAtlantic I’ve receive ONE email to date which is in response to a complaint I raised. No one followed up following the flight even though I was made to fill out a full report on the flight.
@VirginAtlantic I’ve visited two hospitals and will have a third follow up visit on my holiday. My trip has been ruined because I can barely walk. I would expect some follow up from virgin and yet all I’ve received is “we will look into this”.
I tried to see if I could rebook onto an earlier flight today from LAX to LHR and was told there were no seats even though your website clearly shows availability. Nobody seems to communicate or want to help?
I called customer services the next day (24/09) and they said they would escalate the case and nothing happened. I’ve since spoken to three other customer service representatives who have said they will escalate and I’ve had no response.
I called once again today and the person I spoke to said they have no notes or anything logged for my booking which blew my mind given other agents had said they had escalated my case! Customer care has no number and I’ve received one email in total from them.
