@Sanjeev1133 @IFBAppliances Absolutely. Surprisingly, they are not even bothered about their spoiled image. Zero interest in rectifying it by addressing grievances of their customers. Every now and then, they ask for tkt no. And ph no. TKT no. I already shared, but there is no response yet.

I did this requesting stuff since March and only after consumer forum complaint I received my refund..... that what FULL.
