@VerizonSupport Every single time I do it, I go to login and it still asked me for that same answer to that same question which your site doesn’t know the answer to because I know the answer and it says I’m wrong
@VerizonSupport Your site keeps asking me for a security question that I never set up in the first place, your system for changing that, which I went through SEVERAL times, verifying who I am and all that BS, literally taking up my whole morning, doesn’t work
