• Class sizes are ridiculous
• Zero accountability for parents, students 🙁
• Too much testing 😤
• Admin was overwhelmed & not helpful 😨
• Frozen salary, low pay

@teachergoals Who me? Oh, I am charged with enforcing policies that both students and teachers like to challenge regularly. Conversely, I get to witness great instruction and critical thinking just as often.

@teacher2teacher I'm an AP. When I do CWTs I ask Ss what they're learning. When they tell me what they're "doing" I ask again. If they are unable to give me a response related to the learning obj., I suggest that they drop a note to the teacher saying that they could not answer Ms. P.'s question.
