During these difficult times we must strive to find the courage to connect with the kindness in our hearts and believe that what makes us vulnerable makes us beautiful.
Perhaps we might come through this with a more *humane* race.
Sometimes people walk away from love because it is so beautiful that it terrifies them. Sometimes they leave because the connection shines a bright light on their dark places and they are not ready to work them through.
Know Thyself
The longer one remains unconscious the more likely one is to see life only as a succession of moments leading to a vague end.

Constructive criticism is usually expressed with ‘I statements.’
Destructive criticism is usually expressed with all-or-nothing ‘You statements.’
