@BonitasMedical I feel like sharing the videos on your post, of how you're consultants are assisting your clients by being busy with their own things and not responding to clients.

@BonitasMedical Your call centre consultants don't even respond to calls, the phone was picked up and no one said anything. I had to call for a 3rd time and was promised to received a call from the Team leader, it's more than 8 days and I'm still waiting for the call to be returned.
