इंदौर में ‘छात्रों की गूँज’ कार्यक्रम में OBC वर्ग के छात्रों ने बताया कि चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बावजूद 27% OBC आरक्षण के तहत 13% पदों पर नियुक्तियां वर्षों से रुकी हुई हैं।

सभी छात्र बहुत पीड़ा में हैं - चार साल से अधिक समय से इंतज़ार कर रहे इन युवाओं का कीमती वक्त अब और ज़ाया नहीं होना चाहिए।

उनकी बात सुनिए, सभी दलों की सर्वसम्मति से पारित 27% OBC आरक्षण लागू कीजिए और सभी चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति दीजिए।

There were questions and doubts raised by @RahulGandhi ji, and Congress submitted several objections to Election Commission regarding the electoral rolls. Now, the report below has provides further insights into the loopholes in SIR.

West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Haryana are among the states where concerns have been raised about the integrity of electoral databases. Objections were raised in the selection process for Election Commissioner, particularly after the role of the CJI was removed from the selection committee.

BJP has undermined democratic processes and institutions to serve its political interests. The process and database needs scrutiny, transparency, and accountability to safeguard the fairness of the electoral process.

Telangana: 73.39 lakh names excluded from the draft roll — 21.7% of the electorate.

Bengal: 93% of the deleted voters whose appeals have been decided won their cases. 1,13,943 voters are being restored. Why were they deprived of their franchise in the first place?

Across the first three phases of SIR, 13.8 crore names were left out of the rolls across 31 States/UTs.

These are not isolated mistakes. They expose the structural deficiencies of SIR and the enormous scope for mass disenfranchisement.

Isn't one to think that the BJP is weaponising this flawed process for Vote Chori and to weaken our Democracy, while the Election Commission owes answers to every voter.

सत्य निकेतन की त्रासदी में अपने बेटे, अर्पित जाज, को खोने वाला परिवार डबडबाई आंखों से यही सवाल पूछ रहा है।

अगर अच्छे और सुरक्षित हॉस्टल होते, तो उन्हें अपने बच्चे को ऐसी खतरनाक जगह में रखने के लिए मजबूर न होना पड़ता। और अगर सुरक्षा मानकों का सच में पालन होता, तो शायद यह त्रासदी होती ही नहीं - एक ऐसी त्रासदी, जिसकी कल्पना उन बच्चों और उनके माता-पिता ने सपने में भी नहीं की होगी।

सिस्टम की गैर-जिम्मेदारी और भ्रष्टाचार ने सपनों से भरी कई जिंदगियां छीन लीं और उम्मीदों से भरे कई परिवारों को उजाड़ दिया।

अर्पित का परिवार भी पूरे देश की तरह जवाबदेही मांग रहा है। वे चाहते हैं कि छात्रों की जिंदगी की जिम्मेदारी तय हो, ताकि फिर किसी माता-पिता को अपने बच्चे को इस तरह खोने का दर्द न सहना पड़े।

सिस्टम से मेरा सीधा सवाल है: नए और सुरक्षित हॉस्टल क्यों नहीं बनाए जा रहे? छात्रों को असुरक्षित PG में रहने के लिए मजबूर क्यों होना पड़ रहा है? सत्य निकेतन हादसे की जांच कहां तक पहुंची?

The video from Jamui, Bihar is deeply disturbing.

Two Class 10 students were stopped on a road. Harassed. Humiliated. Molested. A young girl, hands folded, begged to be let go while goons groped her and dragged her away.

Who gave these men the right to behave like this? This is not "culture." It is patriarchy: the belief that any man can police a girl's body, her movement, her choices.

When control is mistaken for culture, and such attitudes are normalised by Andhbhakts, mobs start believing they are the law.

Every individual in that video must be identified and prosecuted under POCSO, and justice must be swift. And if the incident happened on September 19th, why are the culprits not behind bars yet?

And the Bihar government must answer why a girl is not safe on a public road at 7 pm?

बिहार के जमुई का एक वीडियो बहुत बेचैन करने वाला है।

10वीं क्लास के एक छात्र और छात्रा को रास्ते में जबरदस्ती रोक लिया गया। उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया गया, अपमानित किया गया और छात्रा के साथ उत्पीड़न किया गया। बच्ची हाथ जोड़कर उसे जाने देने की विनती करती रही, मगर गुंडे उसे गलत तरीके से छूते और खींचतान करते रहे।

इन लोगों को ऐसी बदतमीज़ी करने का हक किसने दिया? यह "संस्कृति" नहीं है, यह patriarchy है: ये सोच कि किसी भी पुरुष का किसी लड़की के शरीर, उसके आने-जाने और उसकी पसंद-नापसंद पर नियंत्रण है।

जब नियंत्रण को ही संस्कृति मान कर 'अंधभक्त' ऐसी सोच को सामान्य ठहराते हैं, तो भीड़ को लगने लगता है कि वही कानून है।

उस वीडियो में दिख रहे हर व्यक्ति की पहचान होनी चाहिए और उन अपराधियों पर POCSO के तहत मुकदमा चलाकर उन्हें जल्द से जल्द सजा मिलनी चाहिए। और अगर ये घटना 19 सितंबर की है तो गुनहगार अब तक सलाखों के पीछे क्यों नहीं हैं?

और बिहार सरकार जवाब दे कि शाम 7 बजे कोई लड़की राज्य की सड़कों पर सुरक्षित क्यों नहीं है?

देश पर एक system का कब्ज़ा है - परत दर परत।

कौन है ये सिस्टम?

RSS और "हम दो, हमारे दो" की अगुवाई में गिनती के लोगों ने मिल कर भारत की हर संस्था पर अपना नियंत्रण कर लिया है।

सरकार हो, व्यापार हो, शिक्षा हो, स्वास्थ्य हो, खेल हो, मीडिया हो, न्यायपालिका हो, चुनाव आयोग हो या bureaucracy - इस सिस्टम में हुनर नहीं, पैसा और पहुंच मायने रखता है।

इस क़ब्ज़े के खिलाफ, भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ, अन्याय के खिलाफ छात्रों की आवाज़ ही सिस्टम के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है।

इसीलिए system को students से खतरा है - क्योंकि वो सवाल पूछते हैं, जवाबदेही मांगते हैं।

इसी डर से सिस्टम छात्र नहीं, अंधभक्त चाहता है - छात्रों को प्रताड़ित करता है, अंधभक्त को बढ़ावा देता है, ताकि कोई सवाल न उठे और मनमानी चलती रहे।
