Worst experience! I have opt for the new sim card through the jio app. Everything is done only the sim is not delivered and they provide me a delivery agent number where his/her number is switched off. It's been 4 days Pathetic service. Will not recommend anyone.
@XpressBees_IN And just to keep you aware that replying back to the complaint emails doesn't solve the complaints. Kindly do the needful and send my courier. I don't have enough spare time to go to your warehouse and pick up my courier. I think you are getting paid to deliver.
@XpressBees_IN Every alternayive day i am getting couriers from different sites only your courier is showing an incomplete address. After complaning via email your team is reverting back that we will re-attemble to deliver again. Still the same issue is an incomplete address. 2/3
@XpressBees_IN The worst experience I ever had from any courier service. My courier Awd number is 14356050069929 reached destination on 5th still unable to deliver it to my address. It shows an incomplete address. Don't give all these lame excuses. 1/3

@airtelindia Your customer service is taking my complaint and informing me that it will be resolved by 20th March. I will make sure that i will switch my network to any other company and i will insist all my families and relatives to switch to Jio or VI. Thank u
@airtelindia I am traveling and you know how important it is to have an active data network to book hotels, cabs and using maps. But I don't know why my network is showing EDGE and still it's not working. It is pathetic to face such kind of issues in an unknown City.
