Frontline workers rarely get that. Nobody writes a report on the fight that didn't happen or the shift that stayed quiet.
So keep your own score. At the end of each shift, write down one thing you saw coming and headed off. One early word. One good handover note. One call you made well.
After a month, that list will show you what you're good at.
