Let's be precise about what was actually issued, because the scale is the story.

A Section 34 dispersal order covering the entire town of Gosport…roughly 82,600 residents…until 7am Tuesday. Officers can order you to leave an area and not return. Refusal is an arrestable offence.

On top of that: a Section 14 order forcing any gathering into a designated pen at Walpole car park, and Section 158 / Section 60AA powers banning face coverings at protest…until 4pm Monday.

So the whole town is under dispersal powers, and protest is confined to a car park with your face on display.

They granted themselves these powers. A government that won't answer basic questions about its own associations now decides when 82,600 people may stand in their own streets.

Legality isn't the question…the statute exists. The question is consent. Powers that can be switched on town-wide for a weekend aren't a safeguard, they're a leash.

God-given rights don't come with a Section number, and they don't expire at 7am Tuesday. 🤔

Martial law has been declared in an English town in anticipation of a boat landing full of illegal migrants.

Bonded out again in April.

So 11 cases. Just 1 conviction, on a reduced charge.

He’s parole-eligible in 3 years, minus time served and good-conduct credit, so there is little chance he will be in prison for long.

DA Garza and his prosecutors apparently did everything in their power to get him the lightest sentence.

Oscar Evaristo Nunez, a Honduran national, was arrested and charged with MULTIPLE s*x crimes against CHILDREN.

After his initial arrest, the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia RELEASED him despite having an ICE detainer.

Sheriff Stacey Kincaid, a Democrat, oversees that detention center.

A police dog tracked down 32-year-old Elijah Hemingway hiding behind a nearby house with cuts on his hand.
