@HaloSupport Hi I purchased the y2 complexity skin for the mark v (b) core prior to the last stand update. I've updated the game and can no longer use this skin. Is there a fix as I paid money for this and to have that taken away without warning isn't right.

@XboxSupport I’ve been trying to recover some lost game dvr footage on my Xbox One. I’ve used a data recovery application to restore some of the lost data. Upon scanning my Xbox One hard drive, I’ve located .XVD files. Is there a way to restore my deleted game dvr footage?

Halo Infinite has a high ceiling in terms of potential and with season 2 we’ve seen glimpses of that. But we’ve also seen regression in other areas of the game. I want nothing more than Halo to succeed! I believe 343 can turn this around I just hope its not too late when they do.
