Rwanda has officially announced its candidacy for re election to the ITU Council for the 2027 to 2030 term. The announcement was made by the Minister of State for ICT and Innovation, @yves_Iradukunda , during a special event held on 21 November 2025 in Baku, Azerbaijan, on the sidelines of the ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025.

Rwanda will continue working with the ITU and member states to strengthen digital ecosystems and close the digital divide.

Respect to traffic. I took time to combine my PhD work within #ETNreflow and study polish traffic law, beyond 1000 slides, unlimited previous exams, I passed theory exam and started practical training #Akademiadobrey. Last week passed driving exam, this week got driving license.

Officially graduated for PhD @PWr_Wroclaw within #etnReflow, a H2020-@MSCActions project after research on a model of #phosphorus recovery from dairy wastes and produce a commercially accepted fertilizer. A work coupling waste thermochemical treatment and struvite precipitation.
