@MichaelPonte10 This is about the next project and not a missed target given their own statements and the fiscal timing.
If I had to guess, the dedicated team for multiplayer stuff like Legends has been cut.
Sucker Punch is laying off 26 employees as part of cost cuts:
"After carefully observing the challenges in the market and reviewing the team needs for our next project, we've decided to make some staffing reductions. Several positions across Sucker Punch will be eliminated as a result."
"We know this is a lot to take in, and we want to assure you that we did not make this decision lightly. We have given this a lot of attention and worked to support our affected colleagues during this transition as well as we can. …There's no getting around that this is a hard day. Next week we will go into more details about the future."

@warmergray It was my understanding that you had to apply. But it does seem, according to the Metacritic website, they just add outlets to their list and you can request being included. I’ll update my coverage. That makes this more of a Metacritic problem.
These 60s are because they use a 5 star system and often give 3/5 to games they thought weren’t bad or great. Just “okay”.
Then it gets turned into a 60 by Metacritic and pulls scores down.
Stop using 5 star scoring while also applying to be included on Metacritic. It’s dumb.
@E_DUBBLE05@TheHiddenOneAC I believe it is a bit of both. Outlets apply to be included with full knowledge their scoring system will get interpreted in this way and Metacritic approves outlets who use the 5 star scoring system.
Both are part of the problem imo.
Finally back in Wolverine. Enjoying it more than I expected.
The combat can still get a bit spammy and sloppy, but overall it’s a really good looking and fun game.
This indie dev is making Diablo but with Mechs
- Switch between mech and combat frame
- Procedurally generated and hand-crafted dungeons
- Mech visually changes as you find more weapons and armour
Game is Frame of Suffering. Would you play this?
