@DavidTWilcock lays bare the failings of Havering council to protect both its citizens and precious green belt from criminality. The senior management should hang their heads in shame because the real people losing out are young, Havering families, waiting years for housing which could have been provided instead.
Havering is cited as the worst affected.
@reformparty_uk in Havering have been submitting daily reports (of breaches to a Stop Order) to the council enforcement officer. This was agreed we should act as a conduit to protect the identity of those witnessing the breaches...but still no sign of any legal halt to illegal activity...WHY?
This lack of care for Havering residents has been going on for 25 years. The result has been poor health outcomes, loss of important green belt and mass criminality.
Is it fraud? Is it incompetence? Or just a case of NIMBY as those in power, both politically and public officers, do not live in the vicinity.
