There has been much discussion over dispensationalism recently, so I’ve decided to weight in and once for all end the debate on the internet (jk).
This is not about all different eschatologies in their entirety, but the church/Israel distinction maintained by dispys.

Both can be true. “For I was not at all inferior to these super-apostles, even though I am nothing” (2 Cor. 12:11).
Paul’s point was the same as Joel’s. He’s pointing out how bad his opponents are, not how great he is.
And sadly, Joel is right, other eva teachers are worse.
The Apostle Paul: “I am the very least of all the saints” (Eph. 3:8).
John the Baptist: “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30).
Joel Webbon: “I’m one of the best we’ve got.”
@Chr1stianPrince@djos24 @BasedRedBeard I have a slightly different (but not contradictory) take.
Many of them do want things like a Christian nation and to save our country in the abstract. But the work needed to actually do this can seem mean, messy, and overly political to the PWC crowd, and they won’t sign on.
@dalepartridge With young kids and work, at least for me, early morning is usually not good. Most early morning events I’ve been part of have a high older/retiree turnout.
Nothing necessarily wrong with that, depends on your target audience.
@thisisfoster@JesseHughesNC Part if it comes from disillusionment with these institutions over the years.
Many men from 25-39 years old did really want the guidance of older men when they were younger. They were part of Acts 29 and other big eva organizations that (they believe) let them down.
@TJSumpter The Antioch Declaration looks like a poorly composed college-campus safe space for PWC boomers and unrepentant slanderers.
I always hold out hope (since I’ve liked you guys for a long time), but I’m not sure the reputation of Moscow or Apologia will ever recover from this.
@ThomLately @BasedRedBeard They would’ve had much more credibility about SC if they didn’t try to destroy Webbon and protect Tobias’ slander.
Now they’re attempting to pivot to something else without resolving the first mishap, and hoping we don’t all notice.
@JonathanMcK1647 @BasedRedBeard I’ve heard the term “solemn contract” used as well, to emphasize the weight and certainty of the contract when God is involved.
@jonharris1989@ToryAnarchist Best and most helpful take I’ve heard on the potential tariffs, thank you.
Was kind of on the fence about them, and this helped me understand the positives.
@EvangelicalDW Just started listening to your podcast and am really enjoying it. Thank you for the great content!
The one about Bonhoeffer was eye-opening, did not know how bad his theology was.
