@scotchsoupmaker I have a lot of baby wearing experience. Text me anytime! Wraps work great long term as long as they aren't stretchy. I still have 3 carriers: a wrap (May is borrowing) a mei tai and a ring sling.

@scotchsoupmaker Add fat to everything. Fresh milled flour muffins, you can add cottage cheese for extra protein too. Try to get your meals a little bit closer together and add one more meal, or add snacks halfway between meals.
