@PayPal blamed their “Friends & Family” policy.
@RevolutApp denied my chargeback even after seeing all this evidence.
Both companies have the full paper trail. Neither is acting.

I found the real Bisan Owda publicly stating:

“This is my only account.”
I showed her the scam accounts. I provided this to PayPal. They still refused a refund. @consumerhelp_ie @WhichUK @andydiggle @FSPOnline

The scammer pretended to be @wizardbisan using fake Telegram + Twitter accounts.
They claimed urgent need for Gaza evacuation funds — and had me send “Friends & Family” PayPal payments to a woman named Iffat Zehra Kazmi. @jessbrammar @simonmurdoch
