@samsoorkhan_ The only reason why they send aid is because they don't fear Muslims who don't do ج like Rasoolullah SAW did it (see the first hadith).

It is because we have wahn that our enemies do not fear us and thus they don't mind sending aid. That "aid" is to keep us in submission to them by the "don't bite the hand that feeds you" rule of jahilliyah.
