@British_Airways I’m afraid you are missing the point. This is nothing more than an additional revenue stream that previously didn’t exist which is a sure way of losing customers. I pay a premium and am not getting that level of service. Something that I am getting from Emirates and Virgin !

@British_Airways I find it unbelievable that when you purchase a Club World seat at a premium that you still feel the need to charge extra to pre select your seats. Your level of service has dropped significantly and you will inevitably lose loyalty in the process.
