而当没有足够的散户承接，庞氏交易就会崩溃，先行人的成本无限低，对应的就是无限的砸盘，这也反应了为什么价格能够在跌了99%的情况下再跌99%，因为它们初始锚定的其实是空气。但显然空气比它们更有价值得多！那么为什么会有盘前交易。以虚制实，无中生有，不战而屈人之兵！

上市与庞氏交易有相似之处，在没有底层价值的时候，先行人的买入会成为后来者的估值区间，后来者的成本支付了先行人的收益，只要故事足够美丽动人，就会有不明就里的散户对此买单，散户的心理被锚定到了虚假的估值区间，不同轮次和（KOL轮次通过喊单）会再次巩固散户的心理锚定。
