@vladtenev@RobinhoodApp@AskRobinhood Hello. I still cannot use my Robinhood Gold Card. Your bank disabled it due to suspected fraud that was not fraud. Customer service hasn’t responded to multiple emails and text messages that I started sending yesterday evening. We are up to 20 hours. Basically my card is rendered useless through no fault of my own and there is now way to indicate in the app that the transaction in question wasn’t fraud. Help me please!
@vladtenev@RobinhoodApp Help! I am oversees finishing up a cruise and the cruise company is trying to charge my Gold Card and it’s being declined and marked as fraud. There is nothing in the app that allows me to select that the charge is legit. They keep trying to charge the card and it keeps declining. Help! I cannot get off the boat unless they can charge my Gold Card.

2+ hours later and I still cannot get my Robinhood Gold Card charged because the bank think it’s fraud, but it’s not. Customer service, and I qualify for concierge service, has literally been unresponsive for over 2 hours.
