@Romy_Holland i think $22/23 is a reasonable starting point for one kid. if the kid has behavioural issues or is ultra dependent then i would say $25/hr is more fair.
i work with kids as a supervisor& get paid in that range. i turned down a similar position offering $20/hr bc it seemed low
