You may know me as the guy from 'TheShy is back'.
Or as the man writing essays on a child's wizard game.

Regan is back.
One a side-note, no one mentions that LoL becoming more 'discovered' was a huge influence in the collapse of pro play. Once this occurred the curtain fell - we realized pro's aren't what we thought and it removed the ability for us as viewers to fall into the mythos of pro play.
Like the demystification of Hotspur in Shakespeare's Henry IV after losing his first battle - the aura of invincibility is shattered. He then goes from previously being seemingly too large and too great for the Earth itself, to occupying nothing but an inconsequential single speck of it's surface as a lifeless body in his death.
No matter how hard someone who witnessed his defeat tried they could never reignited the emotions felt by his presence previously.
There is reason players like Xpeke, Froggen, Alexich to take EU as an example hold such reverence and reminiscence. In early LoL there wasn't even attempts to discern how bad pros were let alone the skills available to do that.
With the image of perfection projected we experience them as fictional characters. But when their mistakes are bought to the forefront they become human just like us.
With all the hate Season 16 is getting
It sparks an interesting conversation
What was your FAVORITE Season?
I miss when the game wasnt as explored and "finished"
When the game wasnt so polished, back when you could funnel, or go 2 support items , things like that
Or back when GLP was in the game.
Id say season 7 or so, right when dynamic Q was removed.
Where is the IQ + EQ? This is both logically excuseable and easily emotionally understandable. Shafted by judges, rational justification to complain. You all verbally sigh as an opponent top decks a win. The system designed to ensure integrity failed. This is not proportional?
This is a long one so I'll do it for the two that probably went over people's head.
'Squidward failed to excel like Patrick'.
Quadruple entendre.
1. Wayward (known as Squidward) failed to do well (excel) in the same way Patrick failed during that split in LEC
2. Patrick played for the LEC team Excel
3. SpongeBob link with Squidward and Patrick both being characters
4. Both of those characters live underwater and so cannot breath. Failed to Excel = failed to exhale.
Second part (I will label the sections)
'Tearing, (a) boss your whole team come face all
That's food on the top like table
Never can K T that's a fable (b)
Roster (c) fail in a flash (d) like Caedrel'
Starcraft references:
a. Tearing = Terran. A race in SC
b. KT meaning 'Kill ThyShy' but is also a Korean SC team. (KT Rolster)
c. Pronouncing roster as 'rolster' referencing the team KT again.
d. 'Flash' is the all time famous GOAT SC player who played the race Terran and played for KT Rolster.
There's obviously more going on in this one but I feel like people shouldn't need an explanation to get them.
